Multi Blade Block Cutter Machine

HLYQ-2500 multi blade block cutter machine is one of the series of stone cutting machines designed and manufactured by Hualong Company. This machine adopts a long-span bridge-type structure, and the overall structure is made of super-large main beams and high-hardness iron. It can effectively avoid problems such as vibration, bending or deformation caused by the large pressure generated by the machine when cutting blocks and transmitted to the frame. Overall stability is very good. It can ensure the stability of the saw blade during cutting. Only good stability of the saw blade can make the cutting surface smoother. HLYQ-2500 is widely used for cutting various blocks, especially for cutting large blocks such as granite and marble into blocks.

 

HLYQ-2500 combines saw blades with different diameters to cut blocks at the same time. Up to 18 saw blades can be assembled, the minimum diameter of the saw blade is 1600mm, and the maximum diameter is 3000mm. Different saw blades can be configured according to the different cutting needs of customers. Saw blades of different diameters can cut at different maximum widths and depths. The maximum cutting length is 3500mm, and the maximum cutting width is 2000mm.

 

HLYQ-2500 adopts Siemens plc control system, which can adjust the cutting speed of blocks according to the hardness of stone. The blocks can be placed on the ground for cutting, and the cutting task of blocks can be completed at one time. Many key components adopt high-quality imported accessories, the quality stability of the whole machine is good, and the automation performance is relatively high.
